We at Bixa Hair Studio understand that sometimes things come up, but cancelling your appointment with less than 24hr notice or No Showing does not allow us enough time to fill our appointment time with those on our waiting list. There is a 50% non-refundable service fee for cancelling with less than a 24hr notice.
